Welcome to this centrally located escape in the heart of Marlton, NJ. Head upstairs to enjoy the entire second floor apartment with your own kitchen, bathroom and two extremely spacious bedrooms! In the family room you’ll be able to kick your feet up and relax in the luxury heated massage chair that also reclines and inverts to feel the benefits of zero gravity on your body after a long day of travel! With the colorful electric fireplace roaring nearby, we hope you enjoy your relaxing stay. :)

I do not live on the property but very close by and can pop by if needed.
*Property is located above a business and guests are to respect the space and the neighbors below.

*Pets are allowed under 50 lbs

*Clorox wipes, trash bags, dish soap and a broom are provided to guests to use during their stay to maintain cleanliness of the property. A deep cleaning will be done before and after each guest for all other areas and items.

*There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in place for parties. The number of people present should be noted in the booking.

Nice little property
Overall our stay was very nice. Property was clean and pretty much updated. Only a few small details need to be addressed. Plenty of towels but only one hand towel in the bathroom and no wash cloths. No hand towels in the kitchen as well as no trash bags for the trash container. Nice washer and dryer but what appeared to be a container for laundry pods was empty. All in all, it was a nice stay. Just some little things that maybe need to be addressed by the cleaning crew.
