Overall this is a place I will be returning to, cleanliness, helpful staff, onsite Bistro, to be afforded the use of the backyard with tables and chairs set up, Shopping area close by it’s a 5starts for me. Only negative was me getting in at night and signage was a problem. The visibility needs to be upgraded..

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very disappointing stay. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the cleaning staff were extremely loud, and there was very little privacy or opportunity to relax. The food was also below average. Overall, the hotel was noisy, uncomfortable, and did not provide the quality of experience we expected. I would not stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. What we didn’t like was that there was no complimentary coffee or continental breakfast offered. Instead you could pay for food at their restaurant or pay for your SBUX coffee (turns into a bar at night). Budget accordingly. I also didn’t appreciate having to abide by the short window of time which was never in synch with our schedule. I wouldn’t have minded the coffee situation so much if they provided a Keurig in the room, but instead there’s a plastic thingy that wasn’t worth the effort for what would have definitely been a bad small cup of coffee. The front desk staff were very friendly, and their check out time is gracious and appreciated.

The property was very clean and maintained. The cost was a bit high, and complimentary coffee and perhaps a conti ental breakfast would have been nice for the cost.
