Every single staff member was polished, kind, and genuinely attentive. At breakfast, they would check in to see if we wanted fresh juices, if we needed anything else from the buffet, and somehow remembered our coffee orders. It’s the little details like that that make a place feel special. What I loved most was how easy they made everything feel. Would love to return to the Ritz in Istanbul!" The gym is of superior quality, equipped with the latest Technogym equipment, and offers a full daily schedule of fitness classes — a level of provision I have not encountered in other Istanbul hotels. Additionally, there is a large, Disney-style children’s play zone next door, along with an adjacent shopping centre. Above all, the service is truly exceptional. I will certainly return."
