Everything was good but just towards the end I ended up having loose motions maybe because of the food but other than that everything was really good service room was spacious hotel had things to do they need to sort out the pool table when paying for that balls were missing

we have good family time here with water parks although not all slides were open at a time. The buffets have variety of foods and deserts. The hotel was generous to let us enjoy the lunches both check-in and check-out dates, early check-in around 2pm for free. We only had one issue that both door cards were valid most of the time we used to enter our room. We needed to visit the reception to activate the cards twice, or asked a staff named Ghida to open the door for us other times. Thanks Ghida for her help! We recommend this place for family short break!

The hotel is very nice we had a good time. The pools are very clean and well maintained along with the hotel. The food is hit and miss depends what you like unfortantly the Italian resturant was open. The room we were in was a little dated the patio window didnt lock properly and kne of the bed side plugs didnt work which was annoying but thankfully i had a long enough extension cable with me. There is tea and coffee in the rooms but no milk you will need to get this from the cafe on site. Overall it was a plesant stay and we had a relaxing break. If you have kids its great as the water park looks amazing

Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but very loud inside the blue bar and if you want a more relaxed setting at the Red sky bar you had better order your drinks there before 9.30pm as it closed then instead of the advertised midnight closing time.

We’ve been disappointed. The property seems very tired and it feels like corners are being cut. Food was okay. Italian restaurant didn’t open, despite the resort being full. There is a selection. Dinner didn’t start until 7, which felt a little late. Slides are only open on a rotating basis but the kids enjoyed them. The room for 5 was great and spacious, which we appreciated and know rooms for 5 are rare. English TV was limited to France 24 (English) and BBC News (which had an intermittent signal). One TV (on the kids side) had Netflix access. The room was soundproof for voices but the people above sounded like a heard of elephants and were up quite late “parading,” moving furniture, or practicing high jump. It was quite loud, but if you had lighter footed upstairs neighbours, it would be okay. The staff were kind and did whatever they could to be helpful. The key to our room would only work once, so we had to get it reset after each use, which was annoying. Overall, the kids had fun, which is most important. We were expecting better, so wouldn’t likely return. I would say 2.5 stars when comparing to other all inclusive resorts in Turkey, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Good for some cheap and cheerful fun.

I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. The hotel and waterpark is tired, in places, and it’s not luxury, but the lovely staff and my son’s smiles made up for that. The all inclusive food was nice. I can imagine it might get repetitive after a week, but there are so many options. It was busy at peak meal times, but we were there in high season so can’t expect a peaceful dinner. The staff work incredibly hard to keep fresh food coming out and tables cleared and cleaned. We were allowed to stay after we checked out, until 6pm as my son was enjoying it so much. We would definitely go back, for another short stay, if we go to Marrakesh again.
