Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms had air-conditioning, were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were great, so everyone always had something they liked. Staff even arranged a takeaway breakfast on the day we were leaving before breakfast times started. The hotel is in a great location, central to most of the landmarks.

It was such a beautiful location, I miss it! The room was larger than I expected, and bathroom was spacious and clean. The building and entire space was beautiful. The pool was cool and clean. Breakfast was delicious and more than satisfying, served outside. Staff were friendly and kind. The hammam experience was intense and satisfying, and massage was one of best ever gotten. I would love to go back and stay again!

The staff was wonderful. The hotel itself was nice. Location perfect. We were in room 15 and the bathroom needs a refresh in the worst way. A good cleaning would have helped a lot. Other than that it was good.
