The pricing is reasonable and the facility is well-maintained.
However, the breakfast service is significantly below expectations due to the limited selection and poor product quality; for instance, the orange juice is of a substandard synthetic nature.
Please be advised that the rooms are not soundproof, and noise disturbances may occur during the night.
The location remains highly favorable.
The room was clean, a decent size, and located near a few different stores. Iwas able to order Globo which is like uber eats to the hotel in case you don't feel like going out to eat for a reasonable price. The breakfast wasn't too big was there was a decent variety and you are able to order eggs cooked to your liking if you ask. Overall, it was a good stay and i would stay here again if I'm in the area.
Relax hotel is in a fantastic location with all amenities shopping centre restuarants gym and other great things to do! Situated on a great complex with everything you need within walking distance and very safe. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again
Hi coming from n Ireland stayed overnight for a short stay before travelling to Rabat to see family lovely welcome lovely clean room and nice size pool : would definitely stay again for longer , thank u
It was clean with excellent front office, nice clean restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.
The staff was really helpful from the start to the end. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. The hotel staff also helped us in finding transport. The hotel is next to a hypermarket, restaurants and bus top.
Very good value for money
Nice service
Reception staff very helpful and most importantly the smiles
Well done to you all
I will defenetely comeback and recommend to all my contacts
Thank you
The staff was great and breakfast was reasonable at 7 euro . But the windows are thin and the area is noisy. 4:30 am as well as all day roosters Crowing.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Typical Moroccan selection for breakfast. Due to the businesses in the area plenty of parking lots. Sadly it's in rooms to the main road even with closed window and A/C on not quiet until 2am as many bikes and cars are racing and honking. But not the hotels fault. Plenty of stores to shop and dine in the area.
The hotel is centrally located in a busy mall area. There’s lot of traffic and if you’re a light sleeper then the traffic noise will definitely disturb you. The room was cleaned daily. There was no central air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open.
