Beau riad à l'accueil décevant

Beau riad avec terrasse, dans lequel nous ne reviendrons pas à cause de l'attitude de la responsable Claudine. Arrivée tardive suite à "ratage" de la navette payante commandée Arrivée et 1ère nuit sans explication dans un autre riad contigu appartenant au même propriétaire Chambre 1ère nuit sale (corbeille non vidée, propreté à désirer sous le lit, pas de séparation chambre / toilettes, chambre donnant directement sur l'aire petit-déjeuners Responsable Claudine pour le moins pas très avenante. Toujours présente mais rarement disponible, délègue presque tout au gentil Aziz, jusqu'au règlement de la note finale. Ne nous a pas accueilli à l'arrivée, ne nous a pas salué la veille de notre départ, ne nous a pas vu le jour de notre départ.

Typical Riad quiet, comfortable in Medina

Friendly staff traditional breakfast very wekcoming on arrival. We were put in an adjacent Riad not the one we booked but this was oK. Only two negatives toilet was open plan in the bathroom and could be seen from main room abd secondly there was no front door key to the Riad which meant you had to always ring to get someone to opeb the door. Ok but a bit odd. Overall it was fine.

Excellent accueil et séjour à l'Orange Bleue

Bravo ! Le riad est très agréable et joliment décoré. Claudine et Antony, et leur personnel nous ont très bien reçu tout au long des 7 jours passés au riad. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le recommander à tout ceux qui veulent se reposer et échapper aux horaires, les vacances quoi! Pour la visite de Marrakech, l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir à pied cette ville marocaine. Encore merci à nos hôtes.

Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé 5 jours au Riad, du 12 au 17/03/2015 et avons été très bien accueillis par Claudine et Antonio ainsi que leur personnel. Nous avons été réorientés sur leur deuxième Riad (mitoyen) le Jardin des rêves, et y avons passé un excellent séjour. A notre arrivée, nous avons été informés par Antonio, afin se repérer et s'orienter le plus facilement possible dans la Médina et dans Marrakech, ce qui nous a bien aidé. Nous avons ainsi pu visiter une grande partie des musées et monuments de la ville, à pieds. Nous avons pu organiser deux excursions en sa compagnie (Essaouria et les 3 Vallées + désert d'Agafay), qui nous ont enchantés. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Marrakech et au Riad, et prêts à revenir.

Prima hotel, centraal gelegen in de medina.

Verscholen in smalle steeg die een zijstraat is van een souk. De naam van de riad staat aangegeven boven de toegangspoort van de steeg die overigens netjes en goed verlicht is. L'Orange bleue is erg goed verzorgd, mooie kamer, grote badkamer, prima ontbijt en aardig personeel. Een echte aanrader.
