It is beautifully located just far enough from the chaos of the Medina to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet still close enough to the main streets to easily explore. I always felt comfortable walking to and from the riad in the evenings. One of the highlights of my stay was the cooking class. The chef was incredibly kind and accommodating—he even switched my class at the last minute due to a change in my flight schedule, which I really appreciated. What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. On one occasion, I had to leave very early in the morning (around 5:00 AM) for an activity. Since it was still dark and I was unfamiliar with the area, the manager thoughtfully arranged for someone to escort me to my destination so I wouldn’t have to walk alone. That level of care and attentiveness meant so much and made me feel incredibly safe and looked after. I’m so grateful for such a memorable stay and the genuine hospitality I experienced here. If you booked a taxi through the hotel or a third party, they will drop you close to the riad less than 3 minutes walk from the riad itself. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and sufficient to get you started on your day. There is a hammam with massage facilities so you dont have to leave your riad, if you dont want to. The customer services is outstanding. Thank you for a restful and enjoyable first trip to Marrakech. Taxi was there w sign and waiting for us at airport. Staff met at parking area outside Riad to walk us to the Riad which was very comforting because we arrived in the evening and the Medina can be a little confusing to navigate on your own initially. The decor of the Nelia and their other propert the riad signature beautiful and clean. We were welcomed with mint tea and a little introduction of the area with map, they also offer spa dining, and tours. The food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner and we also had privilege of staying at their sister location just a few steps away at the Riyadh signature. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are small but very clean, bed comfortable, we slept very well. Bathroom also small but well equipped and maintained, lovely toiletries provided and good hairdryer. Traditional Morrocan breakfast included, fresh and tasty. Roof terrace has plenty of seating and a couple of sunbeds are provided if you want to use them. This place is extremely walkable and if you want a real Moroccan experience stay here. From there traditional breakfast to there cozy center. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours à l’écoute, professionnel et aux petits soins. Nous avons adoré échanger avec vous sur votre culture et votre savoir-faire : des moments précieux et authentiques. Toutes les activités faites au sein du riad ainsi que chaque repas étaient parfaits : délicieux, soignés, généreux… un vrai bonheur ! Un merci tout particulier pour les magnifiques surprises organisées pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Ce sont des souvenirs que nous n’oublierons jamais. Merci pour tout, vraiment. The staff were honestly so kind and helpful the whole time ,they really made us feel at home. Breakfast was always fresh and really nice, and the location was perfect for exploring the medina without being right in the chaos.
