Our stay at Riad Orient Palace was the highlight of our trip to Marrakesh. We had the most incredible host Jamal, who was the epitome of hospitality, his gracious and friendly demeanour made us feel welcome and cared for. We were served the most delicious fresh breakfast every morning and enjoyed the charm and serenity this riad had to offer. We cannot thank Jamal and the other staff enough for such a wonderful experience.

The Riad was incredible! The room was gorgeous and very well taken care of. The furniture was gorgeous and very clean. Jamel was the best highlight of the Riad. He was super helpful and very friendly. He helped provide breakfast, advice for tours/ walking around, and helped with any issue we presented. The experience was made so much better with him alone

really appreciate the amazing help from the manager during our stay. He was very kind and attentive — he sent me his phone number in advance, waited for us outside the building so we could find it easily, and helped organize everything for me and my child. His support made our arrival smooth and stress-free.

I was determined to stay at a Riad, eager to immerse myself in the culture alongside my two grown kids. The area's charming vibrancy completely captivated us. Our warm and attentive host, Jamel, generously shared insider tips and a detailed map of hidden gems, our experience was truly exhilarating. Staying in a beautifully maintained Riad heightened the allure, while our delectable breakfast each morning fueled us for the exciting adventures ahead. Perfectly situated near the breathtaking Bahia Palace, with a bank and ATM just a short walk away, every moment here was bursting with excitement and comfort. Our time in this extraordinary place was absolutely unforgettable!

Our host was fantastic. He gave us such a lovely welcome and explained the area and the main sights. We did a lot of trips so left at early times and came back late and he was there to help us organize everything. We really enjoyed Marrakech and our host and the Riad were a huge part of that experience.

I booked this Riad 2 days before my trip as my original riad canceled my reservation. I am so glad I found this Riad and the host Jamal was absolutely fantastic! He helped arrange us a private shuttle from the airport, greeted us outside the Riad and welcomed us with mint tea. When we got there he helped us get oriented in the city by showing us major landmarks on a map, drawing in which routes were the best to take places, and giving us dinning recommendation that didn’t have tourist prices. The stay includes breakfast, which was delicious and had the best orange juice I’ve ever had. The rooms were clean and blocked the noise of motorbikes outsides. We had an amazing stay and I would recommend this Riad to anyone.

Peace full stay

My stay here as a solo traveller for 3 nights was excellent. Jammal the host went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and really helped me settle in and figure any needs out. I would highly recommend this if your looking for a simplistic Riad in the heart of the old town close to many attraction such as Bahia palace, Badi palace, saadien tombs and also the El fnaa main square where all the shops and restaurants are. Getting a taxi is also easy, as you walk through the alleys (5min max) and get to the main road which leads to the square (opposite the car park). The room was clean and nicely decorated, there is little distinguishnent from the bathroom to bedroom however I was in a smaller double and it worked fine as a solo traveller. Breakfast was simple and great, I recommend the bread it’s great! Would recommend this place for for people who are looking for a more intimate experience or a traditional Marrakesh Riad.
