The staff were very friendly and the accommodations were nice. It was a little difficult to find at first since it's tucked away a little, but that actually helps with any noise from the nearby medina. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and keep to themselves. Overall it was a very convenient stay.

What stands out about this Riad is the staff. Great communication right from the booking to the departure. We were welcomed by Abdo who went above and beyond to assist bus with tips to navigate Marrakech, sending us details and information on WhatsApp and making himself available to assist in any way. Abdellah was also a wealth of information and made us the best breakfast on our last morning. This Riad is tucked away but in a central location. Thank you both for making our stay in Marrakech a memorable one.

Great people, they really make feel you are home. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Location is in Madina. So not easy to reach to if you have lots of baggage. But location is good, walking distance to all activities.

Fantastisk personal

Väldigt trevlig personal som verkligen skapade hela vistelsen. Väldigt fin frukost på takterrassen. Läget är bra. Men som sagt, det är den vänliga och hjälpsamma personalen som gör hela skillnaden.

Stay away from this property. I had to go find another hotel and wasted my money. It will take you forever to walk to get to the property. While you are walking, you will be amazed with trash, bad smell, insects. You will hate yourself from doing this.

The hosts were great. We had a little trouble finding the hotel the first time, but it was very close to the medina and away from the noise. Perfect for our stay. We had trouble connecting to the wifi on the first day (it was very weak in our room on the terrace), so the manager moved us downstairs the next day. The breakfast was good. We were not able to try their hamam or other services since the first night we did not get wifi and weren't able to plan well, and the subsequent move to another room ate up quite a bit of our time.

I loved that this Riad was slightly off the beaten path. Very quiet location tucked behind the secret garden. You have to go down a few quiet alleys to get here but it is very clean, quiet and safe. The staff were exceptional. Thank you Abdo!

Best experience in Marrakesh

Not only was this a beautiful and authentic hotel, but the service is what made all the difference. The staff was so immensely helpful each day towards giving al advice during my stay. Not only that, but they assisted in picking me up and taking me to taxis (the hotel like many others, is in a labyrinth of a streets in the Medina, and so this help was extra needed). I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh - the location was also fantastic and very central to everything.

The location is perfect. It is only a ten-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and a one-minute walk to many shops. The host was super kind. There were some issues with the sewage smell in our initial room and the host switched us to a different room right away. He gave us many tips on how to get around and prepare for the Sahara trip. Super helpful. The breakfast at the rooftop every morning was the best start of the day, with delicious food and a nice atmosphere. We had a really wonderful memory there.

I had the most amazing stay at Riad Rêves D'Orient and can’t recommend it enough! The riad is perfectly located, just a short walk from the vibrant souks and major attractions like Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Koutoubia Mosque. What truly made our stay exceptional was the level of service provided by Abdel the manager. He went above and beyond in every way imaginable. From printing our boarding passes to organising , he ensured we had everything we needed and more. His local knowledge and personal recommendations helped us discover hidden gems in Marrakech that we wouldn’t have found on our own. Abdul’s kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our trip unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to stay that combines comfort, convenience, and incredible service, Riad Rêves D'Orient is the perfect choice. We will definitely be booking again if we get the opportunity to return to Marrakech.
