“Stayed in 1 bed Masham Lodge for a last minute short weekend break. We have stayed here before but in a bigger lodge for 4 people. The site is very nice and peaceful yet on the doorstep for great walks and places to see. Reception staff (Danielle) extremely helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable of the area offering recommendations on good places to eat. Check out the Freemasons Arms in Nosterfield and Staveley Arms in Staveley, both very close by to the lodge. Food amazing! Head to Ripon……

“As per main comments, some of the soft furnishings, particularly the sofas are past their best and require renewal. Both bathroom’s flooring could do with replacement and some remedial work to address blackened silicone sealant etc. is required. The lodge is still nice but starting to look slightly tired in places. Not a big task to get it to an excellent standard once again.”
