"Friendly outgoing Staff, clean comfortable Rooms, lovely Location, good Food. "

"Great place, they gave us a great treatment, food was really good, room was clean and proper. In general it was a very good deal."

"The most beautiful hotel and the best staff"

"A terrific Hotel."

"Grazie a Tutto il personale per il confort che mi è stato offerto un grazie particolare ad Abdhall life guard, the structure is perfect, excellent welcome and very clean. The staff is very professional, special thanks to Ali Ezzeldin, life guard and Ahmed barman of the Beach, Anna from the entertainment team and the restaurant staff who prepared an amazing Egyptian bread for us. absolutely to come back"

"Amazing place for diving! Great food, friendly staff, skilled diving instructors. This was my second time in Maraa Shagra and I’m definitely coming back again. It’s quite hot in August, but with several dives a day and AC in the rooms I don’t mind the heat and actually prefer the resort to be very quiet."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff and decent food. Unfortunately we went in January so it was a bit cold at times. Also, the area around the hotel is not that developed; activists/shopping/sightseeing outside the hotel are typical over an hour away by car."

"Overall is a ok hotel, The staffs are friendly but the pluming wasn’t good. Shower room water was stuck. We could take a showers. We can’t brush our teethbecause the sink water was nearly. The view from our balcony was nice."

"Food quality not bad but need the more variety of meats. Front staff should be more respectful to guests"

"I would like to share with you the wonderful time we had over two weeks at the Jaz Riviera. I have been coming to Egypt for over 20 years and have to say the new style of hotels are a great format for European travelers. The hotel and gardens are immaculate and kept very clean. The pool is heated in the winter months as the hotel is only 2 months old. The pool Italian was my favorite with freshly stone backed pizzas and amazing staff who make this hotel. Thanks to the staff in the pool bar for...

"Excellent hotel, super cool staff, well located for great beaches and mountains around."

"The staff at this hotel treat is like friends as we are now on our 5th stay. But, the were extremely welcoming even on our 1st visit. We really look forward to coming here for the atmosphere and relaxation. It's 4 star accommodation with 10 star staff. Nothing is too much trouble and the food never leaves us disappointed. The chefs, cleaners, gardeners, barmen all take a lot of pride in their jobs and genuinely seem to be interested in getting to know you and remember you favourite drinks, food...

"This was a quiet and restful place. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The snorkeling at the house reef was exquisite!"

"we love this hotel"

"the girls of the spa, amazing Reeda and Madonnna"

"Ideal for family holiday , kids will love it. My room was in a noisy location otherwise great resort for your family."

"Very modern, good food and exceptional friendly staff ."

"Place was as advertised. Hard to get soap. Had to pay for water. Very little WiFi"

"I think this hotel needs some updating. The rooms were okay, had some bumps in the road, but the staff and the management team handled it. Air conditioning did not work initially, the remote did not work. The gym was not working, and it was a bummer that it cost extra to use and sauna and steam room. I did not like the fact the WiFi was only avaliabe in the reception area. Staff was amazing, property was clean, and the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best. If you’re someone like me, and...
