- Less than 300 meters from the beach, a charming vacation apartment is available for weekly rentals (or long-term stays).
The residence is strategically located: just a 5-minute walk—via a private path—to Fondachello Beach in Mascali. Many tourist destinations, such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Acitrezza, Acicastello, Catania, and the beautiful Mount Etna, are just a few kilometers away and easily accessible.
The apartment is equipped with every amenity: TV with digital and analog channels, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, indoor and outdoor showers, barbecue, parking space; weekly linen changes.
Spacious veranda, small indoor terrace, and small front garden.
The residence offers guests a large swimming pool, a soccer field, and a beach volleyball court; for children and teens, there are activities and entertainment events.
