"I booked the incorrect property in an opposite direction that i was traveling and contacted the staff immediately after, but they refused the cancelation. My fault at first sure, but they should give a refund if you aren't staying there."

Good internet connection throughout the resort. Parking is not on the property but about 150ft away. Access to the property across the riverside portion by footbridge. Unexpected but just fine if you bring rolling luggage or a backpack."

"The caretaker greeted us in the driveway and helped bring our bags up to the house. We were given a briefing on the house and property and go to ask questions. We gave the caretaker a shopping list and the next morning our groceries were delivered to the door. The house was comfortable. The caretaker was friendly and helpful. There were many animals that the kids could interact with. I would recommend it to my friends and would book again when visiting the area. "
