Secondo letto in struttura divano semi rotto che è a nostra richiesta é stato accomodato sufficientemente. Sicuramente non rispettava i canoni minimi rispetto al prezzo pagato.”

Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “lots of stairs. if you're not able to physically move your bags up many flights of stairs, do not book this location. On the other hand it is an oasis in the middle of Como, peaceful and in a fantastic location. Having to physically check in, in person is a pain, but worth it. ”

“The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders……
