"Nice little house on the river in Matagorda. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings on the back deck looking out over the river and marsh lands. The furiture was comfortable and the house was clean when we got there. We ended up sleeping on the futon in the livingroom because the portable a/c unit in the bedroom was super loud and the bed was super soft in the middle. The dock light was nice, but did attract alot of bigs when on. FYI- the water has a bit of a sulfur smell, so we used bottled water for coffee. Parking was good and having an outdoor sink was nice when fishing on the dock to rinse off my hands. We used the hose to rinse of fishing poles and feet when we came back from the beach. All in all a great place to stay for the price."

"We enjoyed our stay in 103! Beautiful, clean poolside condo with a huge living area. Comfortable beds and full private bath for each downstairs bedroom. The only downside is carrying coolers and gear a longer distance than most other condos here. Otherwise everything was perfect! "
