"Out of all the Condos available to rent, this one by far is in the best location. End of the street on the corner with the beach trail directly behind the house, and close, easy access to the pond. Anne was fantastic and the house was adorable and spacious. The only bad thing was the swarms of mosquitoes that made it impossible to leave the house without being covered in clothes or bug spray. That being said a local let us know they are not usually that bad and they came after the recent storm....

"Bobbie &Matt were excellent hosts, allowing us to set up last minute accommodations for my wife's 60th birthday getaway. The home is in a great location near the beach and close to enough to town for any last minute things we needed from Stanleys. The house was clean, neat and the house was well stocked with everything necessary for a great stay. We come to Matagorda often and will check their availability again. Take care, till next time!"

"This place was perfect for our trip. The beach was a short walk and not crammed with people. Ice machine even close by, that was a plus. Everything was as listed and we brought our side x side/utv which was perfect for the longer beach explorations. The house was really comfy and equipped with what we needed. Being able to bring our dog that didnt have to weigh under 50lbs was awesome! He loved the beach runs and laying out on the deck. Thank your for sharing your home!"
