Mathis Lake Tours

Overall, the property was excellent. A few aspects might have improved: the indoor pool closed two days in a row, movie night was canceled rather than moved indoors, water pressure was low with a leaking shower head, and the sheets and top cover were stained. Still, these minor issues would not stop us from returning. We appreciated the location, round-the-clock security, friendly staff, and the overall environment and vibe.

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.
