Very convenient and quiet. This is the only hotel I use when I stay in Springfield area. A little outdated but very clean and the staff is so courteous.

Safe, clean, good parking, fair pricing. My only complaint is that thier AC vents in the rooms are at the cieling so you never feel cool air circulating but at night youll be freezing. The only other complaint is the lack of smart TVs. I hate cable, I hate commercials, and I hate not being able to connect my phone and watch Netflix, Youtube, or Prime. The overnight experience would be greatly improved with the addition to smart TVs.

This hotel is overpriced for the quality and service. It's older and it shows. The staff is hard to find when you need something, and there is no dialing the front desk and speaking to a person, it's just a frustrating automated menu. There are no usb ports, and very few electrical outlets, so it was hard to charge our phones. While we liked the "pure room" with air filter, etc, we did not receive housekeeping services the three days we stayed, which was shocking. All just a bit disappointing.

It was an overall good experience. Expedia had some information wrong. But overall this is a good location and the walls were thick enough that I didn’t have to listen to the people next door. And there water fall was relaxing and peaceful

I liked the fact that they have an indoor and an outdoor pool, plus gym facilities. I also liked the hotel lobby and cafe. Cool hotel with some nice features! What I didn't like was how the bathroom fatures (tub and toilet) were cracked and looked pretty old. However, the water in the shower was always nice and hot!

The hotel was nice! H they definitely needed more than one person at the bar and restaurant. We saw several big parties leave because the one worker was unable to manage the bar and take food orders as well as going to the kitchen to bring the food out.

There was only one towel and one washrag for a suite. No mini refrigerator. The room was very large, which was the only plus. It also smelled like someone had smoked in the room prior to our stay.

The building and decor is older. No USB ports in the rooms. No trash can in the bathroom. No a/c control and only one vent by the ceiling that was rusted, corroded and dusty. It was gross. So could NOT get the room cool. No unit in the room at all. And no coffee in the am!!!
