Nice hotel and great location, could walk to MSU campus for the football game and did not have to worry about parking. The bath/shower could be updated, but it was clean. Room and beds were clean and comfortable.

Good location. Friendly staff but were rarely at the front desk. Comfortable bed & pillows. Carpet in rooms needs to be cleaned or updated & outlet in vanity room was loose. The only public microwave is in the coffee shop.

The staff that i dealt with was amazing. The parking was convenient and well lit at night. The room was clean, but there where huge stains on the carpet that made it feel dirty. Overall it was very affordable if you can look past the need for some updating and new carpet.

It was clean and friendly. They need to spend some money on the rooms. The A/C was very noisy, the bath tub drain was broken and the mattress was worn out.

Clean property, great location, great staff. hotel rooms need updates. Also not accustomed to paying a separate parking fee to park my vehicle on the premises when there is plenty of parking spaces available.

The lobby, convention center, amenities staff, convention catering - all, top notch. The room outdated. Not much better than the 40$ motel down the road. Bed was comfy. Paid for the hot breakfast - I was sent to the convenience store in the lobby for cold pastry and bad coffee. Amenities were great but not useful for this stay. All in all 6 of 10

Very friendly staff. Air conditioning wasn't an issue, we were comfortable the whole weekend. It's clear that some work still needs to be done with maintaining the property, but it's headed in the right direction. Would recommend to anyone.
