“Absolutely do not recommend. When I booked, I realize I wasn’t booking a 5 star hotel—my expectations were reasonable. My family and I were traveling for soccer and it was a last minute booking. I only have 2 criteria for a stay for me to be happy—clean and safe. The property is not well maintained—pool was drained for the duration of our trip (with no indication prior to booking), the AC was not working property in the lobby/breakfast area to the point where staff had brought in floor units.……

“Absolutely wonderful experience! Beautiful hotel, everything was so clean and well-maintained. The staff was incredible, so friendly and accommodating, especially James. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and has so many stores, restaurants, and the BEST coffee shop! We will definitely be back. Also, we were able to bring both of our dogs and they were treated like royalty!”

“The air condition was very noisy, so we had a hard time sleeping. Ear plugs were given, but this is not a proper solution to a serious problem.”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”

“住宿体验非常好，但长住：两周才會清理更换一次所有用具不但合理，尤其是炎熱的夏天，觉的应該增加保洁人員數量……”

“The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fresh and plenty of options. it was odd that there was a fee for parking for guests.”
