“I felt this listing was a Bait and Switch. The listing is on quiet Nandina Ave but this unit is actually in a small apartment building a few feet off a very busy 4-lane main road Central. There is no sound barrier so you will hear the main road all night. We specifically reserved this unit due it appearing to be on the quiet road but we very disappointed. Uncomfortably furnished but was overall clean. The pictures are accurate of interior ”

“This house met all our needs with layout, location & space. While the house is lovely, it definitely needs some TLC / maintenance. Having read previous reviews, I was prepared for finding dirty dishes/pans but we also found moldy shower, stained carpets & curtains, places where drywall had been repaired but not sanded/painted, many light bulbs out & trash in the front yard. None of these issues had a impact on our stay but these are simple fixes if someone is taking the time to care properly.……

“Clean rooms. Great for the dog, parking garage was high enough to fit a 6'8 truck. The couch could be upgraded to bigger and softer. Could really only sit 3-4 people max”
