With 4 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers for convenience. AC, WiFi, and a washing machine are just a few of the excellent amenities available. Book now and enjoy everything this quaint property has to offer. This renovated home has central HVAC controlled via smart thermostat, LED lighting throughout the house, high-speed WiFi, and multiple TVs for everyone. In the backyard, we built a patio deck with a ramp in case you need a step free entrance to the house. PLEASE NOTE: This property has a finished basement unit that may be habited during your stay. This unit has its own entrance and driveway that is separate from the main house. Access between both units is blocked by two doors that are locked for everyone’s safety. The rooms are comfortable and 2 of them have bathrooms attached (plus there’s also a hall bathroom) which simplified things significantly. Everything was clean and modern, there was a full kitchen so we could save a lot on food costs, the host was communicative and had a very simple check-in and out proceedure, and the neighborhood felt reasonably safe and was convenient to many amenities. A big plus is it was VERY affordable, especially compared to having 3-4 hotel rooms! The location was an excellent location for us to stay. The beautiful house is in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood, but not far from anything. The yard is very ample and our dogs enjoyed it.
