The pool is full of contaminating algae encrusted on the tiles. The service in the pool waited for more than 20 minutes and nobody helped me. I had to call the recepcion twice. Very nice setting in the jungle, with all the sounds of nature during the night, right next to Tikal. The restaurant was amazing, we had breakfast at 6.30am before heading to the ruins to beat the crowds.
