The grounds was clean and beautiful, everywhere in the hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very polite and friendly.
We stayed in the executive room, good but it would have done really well with a fridge.

Ok so when we arrived the smell at the reception desk was not nice. I was surprised at the beat up old desk when we got our keys from. The room was clean and comfortable but extremely dated and definately not worth the £130
Room rate bed only we paid. Overall quite disappointing and I would not book the stay again. However the lady who signed us in was pleasant. There were no facilities other than a room. Had this room been approx £50 then I would have thought ok reasonable but paying that amount of money I unfortunately expected more and my daughter was also a bit scared from a safety perspective.
