“This is a hotel that is staffless, and has no front check in desk. It totally relies on technology for checking in and out, and that is a problem in an area with weak Wi-Fi. I would not stay again. We had a problem when we arrived with not having sheets, pillows, and blankets on a pull out bed gor my granddaughter and it took several hours of trying to contact a live person to get them to come to the "hotel", and fix the issue. Although their advertising says someone can assist you daily until……

“We liked everything about it.the host was lovely and the breakfast was first class.”

“We stayed here while attending a wedding at the nearby Trump Turnberry hotel. The hotel is a short 15-minute drive from Turnberry and right on the coast road with fantastic views. The hotel has an ample car park and spacious rooms. We found the rooms perfect for our 1-night stay. Included in the room rate are various cold breakfast items like cereals, croissaints, ham in the fridge, fruit yougarts, milk for making tea/coffee. I would not hesitate to recommend this superb hotel.”

“I was robbed, they took the payment but refused me a stay for no reason. The staff on reception, a tall Indian man was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of welcoming me, his first words were “we need your bank card to charge you in case you smoke in the room or use any drinks”. I said can’t give you my card because the code and everything is visible on the same side plus I can’t see what you will do with it behind the counter. I said give me a paper and I will put down the info needed. Then……
