"Clean room, helpful staff "

"It's expensive not worth the $250 per night, underground parking was closed and still got charge $60 for parking. It doesn't include breakfast and restaurant have high prices."

"Room was nice and clean. Tub was terrible - rounded bottom made showering very difficult due to slipperyness. Toilet very low. In room coffee not good, coffee provided in the lobby was good though. Good pool and hot tub. Located near lots of restaurants."

"The man who logged us in was very helpful and friendly. It is historical building with a lot of charm. Location was very convenient to explore the city. We liked the pub."

"The breakfast buffet was good and pricing for it was fair. If you have little ones, consider a room that doesn't lead directly to the pool unless you are ok with staying up until 10pm as noise travels through the balcony doors. The waterslides were great and my 5 & 3 year old had a blast going down them. They don't lead into a pool either which frees up the parents from catching the kids at the bottom, my kids went up and down non-stop. Unfortunately, the facilities inside the pool area were out of order at the time so we had to return to the room for bathroom breaks. Beyond that I would highly recommend this location for families. Lots of fun to be had and would definitely return, maybe to check out one of the theme rooms next time."

"I stay at home inn & suites when in town. I like the location of this hotel , very friendly reception staff speically the manager Daman and also walking to resturants and stores. definately recomend. Room are clean and bed is very comfortable."
