“Where to start...we got into our room it was filthy. Tub was dirty with hair all in it. It did not look like it was even attempted to be cleaned. “Rooms were not clean. Pillows were dingy & assorted like ppl were swapping their crap pillow for the hotels pillows in both rooms. No pillow cases in 1 of the rooms. Sheets piled on the couch in lobby. Coffee machine out of order. Outdoor light annoyingly flickering. Staff was unprepared for guests. Took over 40 minutes to get room. Outdoor access to the building was not locked.at night. Toilet space was tight & very small.”

“I have pictures of the room. The floor was filthy, sheets and pillow cases looked unchanged and dirty. The room had burn marks around the sink, on tub, toilet, on the table between the beds, and a burn hole on the bedspread so it was smoked in. We asked for non smoking room. There were dead bugs laying around. The toilet paper was rusted and couldn't hold toilet paper. There was part of a roll of toilet paper that had a yellow stain on it like it had gotten wet. The bath tub had a ring around it……
