“Very unique property. Pretty. Old but refurbished beautifully. Music from dining room was bothersome & kept us from getting to sleep. We were put in a handicapped room( not needed but was only room available) that was beautiful but every time we used bathroom at night, the light automatically came on. Also the light above the door flashed off & on. We were able to turn it off. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. Burned out bulb I suppose. We were given a $5 voucher each for breakfast at a……

“The room needed repainting, there was a quarter inch dust on the nightstand lightbulb, the floor lamp did not work, the towels and sheets were thin/torn and stained, and the air conditioner worked only intermittently.”

However, when I entered the room, the bathroom was not clean—there were used towels hanging, so I had to check each time whether the towels were actually clean before using them. The shower booth also hadn’t been properly cleaned; there were old bottles of lotion and other products left there, looking damp and messy. Overall, the room—especially the bathroom—felt very poorly prepared. The common areas were clean, and……

“We stayed in the "Beatles Room" and it was awesome! So many pictures, posters, and memorabilia. It really tooks us back to the good ole days. The breakfast was very good and the gravy was the best. Both receptionists we talked to were friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to come back and recommend staying there.”
