The room was nice ok not spectacular. The bed was way way too soft. The rooms does not have microwave ovens. And I had no choice this time so I stayed there. It was on the weekend nearly $300 that room was not worth $300. Next time I will plan better and stay in Florence. $600 for two rooms for 1 nights. I will not book again. The front desk employee was very pleasant.
