"We had booked another local hotel that turned out to be a nightmare. We were lucky to get a room at Comfort Inn at nearly 8 pm on a Friday. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The property had everything and then some that a family could want. There was three floors of arcades, a small water park and a brewery on site. Very cool experience. "

"The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective."

"From the first impressions I couldn’t be happier. The Hotel must have been recently upgraded. The room was brand new, bathrooms, sleeping area all looked new. I received a text from Tiffany asking how everything was and if I needed anything. In all the hotels I’ve stayed I have never received a text from the hotel staff. The next afternoon two employees in the hallway asked if everything was ok with my room and if I needed anything. Just like before I have never had that kind of response from staff. The occasional “how are you” but not can I get anything for you. The breakfast included was over the top. I’ve had free breakfast at other hotels but this one was super. Come on. Sausage Gravy and Bisquits, Egg omelettes. Unheard of. Truly I will remember their breakfast for quite sometime. Lastly on our departure day I received yet another text from the Samantha asking if everything was ok and if I needed anything. Remarkable, this Hotel and its staff should be highly commended for their high level of professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. If I had 10 Stars they would get all of them. Great place to stay. Number 1 on my list in Plattsburgh. "

"Room is very clean, lake view is a huge plus. Check-in was very easy, staff is polite and helpful. The golf course is beautiful. Parked the car and take the golf cart to reach out to your room, nice experience. 5 star!"
