“I was very happy with my stay. The property was very clean, safe, and quiet in the evenings. The only downside was not having access to a kettle (there wasn’t one in the room , neither at the community kitchen).”

“From the parking lot, it's quite the walk through the casino to get to the check-in desk. When we got there, the line for check-in was extremely long with only 2 people working. We waited around 30-40 minutes to get checked in. We then had to walk all the way back through the casino to get to the adult only tower so the whole process was a bit convoluted given how heavy our bags were. Room itself was extremely large and clean. The lights in the washroom flickered like a horror movie when they……

“The room was a decent size and clean. The bathroom was large. The bed was way too soft with very little room to walk on the one side closest to the wall. The shower head needs to be changed. It doesn't let out enough water and there are no other shower head options to adjust it. It's a poor choice. Great towels! The window was large with great blinds but the chains to raise and lower the blinds were difficult to use.”

“We stayed one night. The room was very large, with a full kitchen. Everything was very clean and beds were comfy. Staff were all very friendly. The pool is small but also very clean. Full buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious! There are restaurants and shopping in the area and it is a short drive into Windsor. Definitely will stay here again if I'm in the area.”

“Our room had a musty smell like it was a smoking room but it wasn’t a smoking room. Breakfast buffet was a gong show every morning. Small space for way too many people. The A/C in our room stopped working on our last night there and we were forced to switch rooms in the middle of the night (thank you to the night shift front desk staff member who accommodated us). Next morning when we checked out there was no offer of any kind of a credit or refund despite the major inconvenience. The pool area……

“Check was very easy. Room was beautifully decorated and very large. We liked the kitchen and the ability to make our morning coffee was a lovely feature. It is located in a great area and lots of restaurants and parks are within walking distance”
