Hôtel bien situé pour découvrir Bruges à pied... Petit déjeuner correct. La climatisation serait un gand plus... Nous avons signalé de petits disfonctionnements (lampe de tête de lit décrochée et poignée de porte salle de bain poignée non fixée).

It took quite a while to finally get the circuit breaker fixed for our room. My husband says you should create a map of circuit breakers because they are scattered all over the hotel & in fact ours was in a locked closet in our room so that’s what caused the delay with getting it fixed. I certainly didn’t mean a 1 star rating. That was a mistake. I’m not sure how that happened. I give a 4 star rating. And other than this delayed response to getting out circuits fixed I give a high rating for the staff. Comfortable mattress. Full wall of windows. Beautiful full length velvet grey drapes, spacious room. Pretty breakfast room. A month later we are missing you all from California!
