"It works like Airbnb, they do not have a person attending to the place, you only pick up your key through a box with code, there is no reception, they give you a service number but they never attend to it. I had a problem with a heater, maintenance arrived in 3 min, but to request maintenance they never give you a number, I got it by miracle. the bathroom door did not work, the place lacks a lot of maintenance. However, the place is very cheap and has a good location, even the room has cabin-like details that make it look good. check out at 10am and check in at 3pm "
