The property is older, but the rooms were comfortable and clean. The price was reasonable for Grand Lake. Nina, from housekeeping, was very attentive and helpful.
Room was clean and comfortable, bed was excellent. Staff very helpful. Room is older but has been somewhat renovated. Shower was inconvenient to use. Price is not out of reach, but no breakfast is included. All things considered, we would stay again.
I'd stay away unless you have good earplugs or are a super heavy sleeper.
So... We stayed in the executive suite. The room itself is really cool. Lots of 50s stuff with a few modern appliances.
That being said. There was a periodic, really loud humming sound followed by an even louder clank coming from the water heater. This would happen every 10-20 minutes. Sleep was immpossible. The door in the that separated the bedroom from the hall with the water heater was missing. It might have helped if it was still there, but honestly not much
The whole place was wrecked by what looked like water damage. The main door frame is like barely attached. Everything just seemed worn out and poorly maintained.
To top it all off a smoke detector in a super random cabinet started beeping at around 2am. At that point we had enough packed up and left in the dead of night to head back through the park to Loveland. This was our anniversary.
I emailed the staff (because you don't talk to anyone while you're there) to tell them what happened and ask for a refund. Never heard back.
I'd pass on this one if I were you.

I loved the second bed to be in another room. Great Deal!
Bare bones but comfortable. Quiet and parking is a breeze. Easy self check-in. No interactions with staff. Check out time at 10 is early compared to other hotels.
