“Thank you so much for our stay in Bur Dubai. I wanted to extend my stay and continue being there. The staff made the hotel stay a lot better, the rooms have been re-done and is comparable to a good Hilton Room. I'm terrible with names, but everyone at reception (3-4 guys and 2 girls) + bell boys and the gentleman by the lift were very accommodating and helpful. Love their hospitality and service.”

“The employees made the property fantastic. Two individuals Anna and Shaikh (I hope That I spelled his name correctly) Made this a feel at home stay. We had a miss-understanding with the taxi driver that took us from the cruise dock. They took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. Every time we came to the lobby they were cheerful and beyond helpful.
I would not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubai”
