“The staff was helpful & friendly. One lady even went and bought from her own pocket some continental breakfast items. The staff was working with no air-conditioning & it was very hot. The room was clean. They asked if we needed anything & brought us extra towels. Our air was working fine- thank goodness. The layout of the room was odd. The toliet was in front of the shower & you had to go into another room (that used to be a closet) to wash your hands. The place was advertised as a resort. ……
