"Arrived at 10am and told room not ready, that's fair. Booked a 2-bedroom room but was later given two adjoining rooms instead. If this is so, hotel should had offered to check us in early (I would had gladly pay the $50/hr fee) rather than make us wait 4 hours. For parking, was told the car need to be outside the carpark for me to purchase the guest parking, again, quite weird. I need to park the car before going to the recep to purchase the pass. Breakfast is mostly canned or processed food"

"I stayed here for the F1 weekend with some friends and unfortunately our experience didn’t match the expectations set by the price or the photos online. At $739 per night,I expected more, the room was quite small and did not resemble the advertised pictures. The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. While the towels were changed during my stay, the bed itself was not made, which added to the impression that the room hadn’t been properly serviced. For the price being charged, I would have expected a much higher level of presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Hopefully the hotel can improve these areas, as the current experience does not justify the nightly rate."
