“Amazing accomdation- set in tranquil surroundings, full of plants/nature and beautiful decor. Kept very clean and tidy - facilities are fantastic with jacuzzi, a drinks fridge, communal space and the birds suite was lovely, spacious, comfortable bed with a great ensuite. Highlight were the incredible breakfasts (kindly made vegan for us & better than any cafe we know!) and the friendly welcoming owners who hosted us so well & made us feel at home. “It was great for the price. The Pub downstairs is absolutely fantastic (awesome staff, delicious food...fish with curry sauce? Wow. Who knew?).
I was a bit annoyed by the gentleman in the room next to me singing and carrying on, letting doors slam and being generally loud from 3am until 5am....but there isn't much the vendor can do about that. This is above a pub after all. I would happily stay again”

“A gorgeous place to stay. We loved our time at Aquila and felt so relaxed and refreshed being there. The room was clean and cosy, especially with the fire on. The amenities were fantastic and the bottle of bubbly readily enjoyed! We both found the bed to be comfortable and had a real quality night's sleep. Couldn't fault it, thank you for having us! ”
