I loved the dining nearby and the closeness to the Winter Night Market/Queen Victoria Market. Coffee next door is a must! I had the pool to myself every time, though it was often out of towels. I also had to call and request housekeeping despite using my door tag and the trash would fill up quickly. I cooked in the room and the smell would not leave; the window only opened a crack. I did enjoy my stay overall, everything was walkable and staff helped me navigate the neighborhood. Quick room service drinks and self service laundry was a perk.

Hair dryer dangerous, sparking at the socket. Fuse blew and had no power to the room, called 24/7 Veriu phone number with no help. Construction directly above the room starting from 7am, very noisy and bad acoustics. Oven did not work. Would not recommend this place.

If you are staying in the Melbourne CBD, look no further. This is the hotel. It’s is a gorgeous hotel that is close to everything- restaurants, cafes, the Queen Victoria market, trams, trains- everything. Our stay was just delightful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a happy hour in the lobby every night from 4pm-6pm where you can sit with a $4 beer or wine and people watch through the large glass windows. The showers were just fantastic! Large and with a huge rain shower faucet. I cannot speak highly enough about this property. When we come back to Melbourne I won’t even look anywhere else-I’ll just book the Veriu at the QVM! It’s that good!!!!

The selection of cafes and restaurants are amazing! It's a stone throw away from Queen Victoria Market too which was awesome. There's a nearby Tram stop that's within the Free Zone as well.

I couldn't be happier with this hotel. It was perfect in every aspect. in staff and service are amazing. There are beautiful views on the rooftop terrace. A really nice swimming pool crystal clear water, however I was quite cold which some people really like. They've got an excellent gym. The parking arrangement is very good and simple to navigate. There is 15 minute free street parking right outside so you can check in before going to the car park. The rooms are really clean and there is access to washing machines and dryers. The kitchen in the hotel room is great with everything you need from the full size fridge and freezer to a dishwasher and microwave, kettle and utensils. There are fresh cows in the bathroom everyday, and there is a hairdryer. There is a safe as well in the room. I had an excellent experience and definitely give 5 out of 5 stars.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, with good pillows. The addition of the kitchenette was convenient. The location of the hotel was convenient to cafes, restaurants, shopping and transport. My only issue with the hotel was that the bedside lamps were touch sensitive and so were easy to accidentally turn on in the middle of the night if you reached for something on the bedside table. And then you had to cycle through three brightness settings to turn it off. My solution was just to turn off the switch at the power point when I went to sleep.

Right beside QVM, but driving and parking around this area is torturous. Hotel is clean and neat, though there were reno works all around lobby which was untimely for us. Otherwise fantastic!
