“We had some challenges. Our first day we had no hot water at all. The whole stay, the toilet would not flush. The overuse of room freshener caused me discomfort. Overall I would not stay here again.”

“This is a true gem. Old but updated cabin so you get the best of both worlds. The kids had a blast and this was awesome to have family members out for a day without houses and people right next to you. Storm came through...a bog was floating towards the island. The kids thought that was pretty cool. We will definately be back!”

“Highly recommend staying here! Such a cute property! A lot went into decorating and it shows. It had everything we needed and the use of space was quite impressive! My friend and I stayed here to escape the city and it was perfect! Nice and quiet! Beds are super comfy and the property was very clean. Being able to bring our dogs was amazing cause they deserve a vacation too! perfect fenced in large yard too! We will be staying here again for sure!”

“Wonderful property exactly as advertised. We had a group of 10 adults and the space was perfect. Plenty of space, 5 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and great common areas outside, and on both the main floor and in the basement. The owner was super responsive when we had a question and we loved meeting Simba, the neighbor’s kitty, who stopped by frequently to check in and say hello. Would highly recommend for a weekend (or longer) getaway. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!”

“A small but lovely place to relax. A few missing things which the host immediately took care of. Apparently someone ran off with the house manual and I had trouble figuring out the two heating systems. I would come back in a heart beat!”
