“The property was convenient for our needs. The front desk check in was “non memorable”. Arriving at 8PM, a smile & welcome would have helped. Didn’t expect a two floor property not to have an elevator. I’ll go with that all of the first floor rooms were occupied. Or at least letting our senior age appearance be an indicator of prior knowledge before climbing up the stairs with our luggage. It was too late & also being tired to go back to the front desk to discuss. Also, the A/C was just loud……

“The swiming pool waas drained and unusable. Checkin was easy. There was no booklet in the room that showed times of continental breakfast, checkout time, no Do Not DISTURB sign on door that we could put out, etc. and things to do around town. The pillows were very flat and no extra pillows. The AC just blew forward. It was a place to stay, reasonable price. Staff was friendly and nice.”

“This is a true gem. Old but updated cabin so you get the best of both worlds. The kids had a blast and this was awesome to have family members out for a day without houses and people right next to you. Storm came through...a bog was floating towards the island. “Wonderful property exactly as advertised. We had a group of 10 adults and the space was perfect. Plenty of space, 5 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and great common areas outside, and on both the main floor and in the basement. The owner was super responsive when we had a question and we loved meeting Simba, the neighbor’s kitty, who stopped by frequently to check in and say hello. Would highly recommend for a weekend (or longer) getaway. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!”
