Welcome to our funkiest & fun # 2. This quant little house has 2 bedrooms & 1 bath, hosting up to 4 people. It's on a quite street directly across from a city park. Centrally located in Memphis - Midtown/Broad Avenue Arts District.

Welcome Guests! Our 1925 home has been renovated with all modern amenities. Staying in for the evening? TV fully stocked with Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime Video and blazing fast internet. Traveling with kiddos? Have a glass of wine in the front porch swing and watch the kids play in the grassy park right across the street. Multiple cars in your group? 2 Cars can fit in the drive-way and plenty of spots on the street as there is a park across from you! The property is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.

Great place to stay one you are in Memphis, Tennessee. Easy to access to Hwy. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner is very friendly.

This was such a great property! Clean, quiet and serene. Inside house was so cute and beds were so comfortable. Large fenced backyard which our fur baby loved! Checkin wS smooth! Ge e alwas replied to any questuons. Definitely would stay hete again!

Fun Stay in Memphis!

We had a fantastic time staying at this house in Memphis. The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The house itself was charming and right across from a cute park. The beds were cozy, WiFi and smart tv were great and the suitcase racks were a nice bonus. Only suggestion would be to add a couple scatter rugs, throw blankets & maybe a fun board game or two/deck of cards for guests usage. Overall, a great experience, quiet neighborhood and we would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing - looked much better in photos

Hate to have to leave a bad review because the owner did communicate well and refunded some of our stay. This is the first VRBO experience that made me think we just should book hotels in the future. We arrived to a potent marijuana smell throughout the property. It was late at night and we didn't have any other options than to stay. The whole house just doesn't look as nice as the pictures portray. There was a large hole in the drywall in the bathroom, the shower didn't drain, two of the cabinets were missing drawer pull hardware, the sink was pulling away from the wall, caulk pulled away from wall in many places, paint chipped and peeling on doors... it was just not great for our family. We left the next morning and requested a refund for the last 2 nights.
