“Shower had a couple hairs left behind, what appeared to be black mold under the knob to turn the shower on, and dirt on the pipe that ran through the bathroom, like never been dusted before dirt. Bed felt like it needed to be replaced years ago. A/C sounded like a jet engine. Furniture was from when the place opened I would imagine. Outlets on the nightstand lamp didn't work. Front desk staff was nice and welcoming.”

“This was the worst motel I have ever experienced. There was no hotel staff on the property. The room temp was extremely cold and there was no way to adjust the AC. When I moved the shower curtain the rod fell on my head. The bathroom was dirty and moldy caulk. I called Expedia to cancel and they had to contact the hotel to do that. Expedia attempted to call them and did not get an answer. I contacted my CC company immediately to advise that I would be disputing this $844 charge. I recommend……

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy……

“Easy to drive to the lake, adequate breakfast to fuel the day. Our room said it would sleep 6 when I reserved. When we got there it was a king and foldout sofa. We were a party of 5. Requested a rollaway, but it never appeared. We put one of the kids on a pallet on the floor.”
