"So starting with the communication process: we received numerous messages from the owners about arrival, check-in, and handy tips about the apartment and location. Then we were greeted at the airport by a driver - arranged by the owners. Door-to-door. Then we were greeted at the apartment by the manager. My only complaint here is that she spoke no English (certainly not her fault), and I was underprepared with my awful and rusty Spanish. Still, she explained the keys and the apartment amenities...

"This hotel was wonderful. Is in very good shape, very diverse. It has restaurants, coffee shop, gym, pool and more services. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows were in good shape. The bathroom was in excellent conditions, pretty nice towels and hot water. Closet space was fair. The internet was ok. The hotel was very close to other restaurants, parks and coffee shops. "

"Very comfortable room, nice smell, super clean, convenient location walkable to the city center. Breakfast was very limited in hot options; i heard one of the ladies complaining about the arrival of some people to have breakfast “se te van a quedar a almorzar” which was very inappropriate!"
