The staff went above and beyond to provide recommendations and helped my fiancé with arranging flowers/wine for his proposal. We couldn't of picked a better place to stay! "

"This was our third visit to Stresa and our second visit this summer, but our first at this hotel. The staff were professional and friendly from check in and throughout our stay. The hotel is in prime position for lake access and for strolling into town. Gardens, pool area outside, indoor pool and spa facilities were all excellent and well maintained. "An absolutely fantastic stay, directly adjacent to the ferry terminal, with excellent views over the lake, and a great breakfast. I like that Verbania is less full of tourists than Stresa, but still has a wonderful waterfront, great restaurants, etc."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. Have a nice bar that you can also access from outside. Beautiful beach and pool area. It is about a 12 minute walk to the ferry. And sometimes it can be slightly noisy. My neighbor kept me up fighting with her boyfriend. Finally called down to the desk and they had it resolved in less than 5 minutes. My friends also got their laundry washed by hotel. So that was a great service. Lots of cruise liners (Viking) use that hotel. Again quite beautiful. "
