The staff was very friendly. The pool on the roof is small, but it is very fun to be able to swim with a view. The room was extremely basic, with no artistic flair. I would have preferred to stay somewhere that felt like I was actually in Mexico, this place is very bland in appearance. That is why I gave it a 3, because other than that I would definitely recommend it!

I purposely booked this hotel because it stated it provided an airport shuttle, I sent a message asking if this would be available for an early flight but did not get a reply. On checking in was told the shuttle didn’t start running until 9am which was no good for me as my flight was at 7am. The height of the fixed shower is an inconvenience to a tall person.

The guest room, particularly the bathroom, has not been maintained. The shower head was dirty. No water was provided in the room. Instead, you could purchase it from a vending machine.

Decent place. The only negative I would have to say is Expedia says there’s a free airport shuttle. That’s why I booked here. I had an early morning flight and it wasn’t available, causing me to pay for a 20 min cab ride.

Carlos, the bellboy, was AMAZING. he gave me tips, helped me with my luggage, drove me to the airport, just phenomenal. The bed was TORTURE. Hard, uneven, old. Please go stay at another Marriott and check their beds, BIG difference. You go to a hotel for one thing: being able to sleep. That rock of a bed was impossible to sleep on and it actually hurt my back.

Tiny rooms, strange glass doors on bathroom which are see through and don't have a latch, no mini fridge, included "breakfast" is a joke so expect to have to find that elsewhere. Internet was fairly reliable apart from usual login nonsense and A/C worked well.
