Lovely boutique hotel, an oasis of calm and very helpful staff. Good breakfast every morning and we had an excellent stay for a week, using it as a base to explore all round Merida. Highly recommended

It was beautiful. I loved the style. Locations was great. Very pretty. The only thing I would feedback is . The quality of the mattresses , seems like old and I was not able to turn off the light of the air conditioning , not letting me sleep well. Other than that, super cute hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel fashioned from an historic building. It is nicely appointed. The rooms are elegantly furnished and very comfortable. The pools at the center of the courtyard form an oasis from the outside world.

The hotel was so close to great restaurants and all the areas you should go see. All the downtown attractions were a 10-15 min pleasurable walk. The snacks and water and coffee/ tea always available was amazing too! Definitely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed…. The room was so romantic!

This is an exceptional space. It truly feels like you are staying at a palace. Among the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Amazing staff, amazing amenities, amazing space. Close to city center. Close to restaurants. A SPA. Wonderful breakfast. Sexy bar. Laundry. Everyone speaks English, if that’s your thing. If you don’t stay here, you may hate yourself.

Charming hotel but not the best location

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Delicious breakfast. Location was a little out of the way. More than a half mile to the major squares, restaurants and shopping. Pretty much nothing in the immediate area. That said Ubers are very inexpensive if you don’t want to walk.

Gorgeous small hotel about 1 mile from Centro. Nothing nearby, a long walk to restaurants, shops , etc. excellent staff, great breakfast included, pool too cold to swim in, showers terrible (low water pressure and shower head way too high. I’m 5’4, was about 2 ft above my head so I never could get hair rinsed).

Een verborgen parel in een mooie stad. Dit is heet hotel maar is, zoals de naam al zegt, een paleis. Mooie kamer, heerlijk bed, fijne badkamer. En alles is mooi en verfijnd. Het zwembad, het ontbijt, het personeel. Alles is gewoon perfect.

El hotel está muy bonito, no me gustó que el agua de la alberca estaba helada! No tenían caldera por lo cual no la pudimos utilizar. El menú del desayuno (venía incluido) era lo mismo todos los días y no tenías más opciones. No había Televisión en la habitación. La lámpara de la habitación con polvo, el agua de la habitación sabía raro y no la cambiaban todos los días. Nos cobraron comisión por el pago con Tarjeta de crédito de consumos, no nos informaron con anticipación. No regresaría a este hotel.
