We had a lovely stay. The room was charming and very comfortable, especially the bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the staff was just so helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to couples.

Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely peaceful stay, quiet area but easily walkable (10-12 mins) into the city centre. Reception not always manned, so contact them in advance to tell them the time to greet you. All was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice from about 10 options cooked to order by a lovely lady. Use of the fridge, cooker, microwave and coffee urn.

It is a quaint property with friendly staff but it should be listed as a bed & breakfast instead of hotel. It felt more like a refurbished house. Plus, we discovered a significant ant problem. If you want an authentic, local experience, this property is for you.

Centrally located, attentive staff, unfortunately during our stay was heavy construction noise due to plumbing issues. Room doors are very thin you can hear every single sound from the other rooms making hard to get a good night sleep

Great experience with this hotel

This is a very good family-style hotel. The hotel looks like an ordinary house, but when you approach the door, you will see elegant decorations. The hotel is spacious, comfortable and clean. They provide a very good free breakfast. The two ladies are very friendly and provide everyone with a rich, fresh and delicious breakfast. The kitchen also provides us with great convenience every day. When you are hot and tired, you can go back to your hotel to get ice water from the refrigerator, bring back food and sit in the spacious kitchen to rest. It really feels as comfortable as at home. We traveled to several different places and stayed in hotels of different sizes. I really like this hotel.

A nice oasis in the city

We spent three nights, the room was very comfortable, bath facilities clean, although it took a bit of time for the hot water to arrive to the shower. Breakfast was very good, made to order from a good choice of items. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and cool. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the central plaza. We did have a problem using our Apple devices with the WiFi. It could have been our fault because we electronically shared the password between our devices, laptops and phones, afterwards we couldn't access the internet because on each device we kept getting a warning that the device's IP address was being used by another device on the network. I would suggest manually entering the passwords on all your devices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Merida.

I have stayed here 3 times. The experience overall has been great. The amenities and areas for visitors are plentiful and available. The hotel is small though. This last visit was a bit noisy though because the weather was very hot and people were enjoying the pool late at night. I would only suggest maybe a noise//visit/pool use schedule? Or maybe there is one and I just didn't see it? Thank you!

Ana tuvo una excelente atención con nosotros en nuestra estancia su desayuno ¡Delicioso!, sin embargo, la habitacion no estaba completamente limpia, el edredón y almohadas tenían manchas y de los 3 días y 2 noches no nos cambiaron las toallas. El cuarto a pesar de tener aire acondicionado olía a humedad y no es tan céntrico como pareciera. Se tiene que tomar Uber para el traslado al centro.

La atención es inmejorable. La cama es muy cómoda, el baño es amplio y cómodo pero le falta algo de mantenimiento a las paredes de la habitación, el aire acondicionado hace ruido y las ventanas no tienen mosquiteros por lo que preferible no abrirlas.
