The staff was wonderful and location convenient. The rooms simple, but for the price that’s understandable. However, cleanliness was lacking and simple fixtures like locks on bathroom doors or hot water was not a guarantee. Again, staff was wonderful!

The room was clean and quiet. The water was not very hot. I arrived at 3pm (the time of the check in) but the door was locked. Nobody was around. At 4pm, someone showed up and never apologized.

The one compliment I can give this place is they have a very kind staff. Otherwise, you'd have to pay me to stay here ever again. I had absolutely NO hot water - it wasn't even warm. Straight up cold because it was January. I went to a nearby gym and paid for a day pass for a hot shower. Noisy as can be with windows made of slatted glass that don't close all the way and do nothing to block out sound. Wifi didn't work inside my room...had to stand out in the hallway by the router to get any service. And the toilet in my room didn't even have a toilet seat. Worst four nights I spent in my entire three months in Mexico. :(

Needs new beds

Great location. Thats said. Didnt recieve the rooms booked. Bed would be what one would expect in jail. Thin mattress on a concrete pad, a sheet that didnt fit the bed, no blankets, flat pillows. The light shining through the window day and night, no bkinds/curtain. Felt like torture. Lack of sleep no idea if it was day or night.

Las camaristas hacen un buen trababo falta mantenimiento en la ducha y el cortinero La recepcionista atiende con los audifonos puestos con una mala actitud, no respondio algo tan basico como un saludo, no me pudo asistir con un late check out y a las 12:01pm estaba fuera de mi habitacion tocando, muy mala su atencion

Para aquello que viajen con automovil a este hotel, consideren dejar su auto en otro lugar ya que no hay estacionamiento. Solo tienen un acuerdo donde dejan su vehiculo en otro Hotel por $150 la noche. No dejen su vehiculo afuera del hoyel ya que es una calle muy transitada y enfrente hay una escuela algo especial con ocupar su espacio. asi que para evitar multas o que desaparezco su carro por grua esten atentos. Por lo demas esta aceptable, todos los servicios basicos funcionan bien y sin detalles a excepcion del internet que la verdad es preferible usar datos moviles que ese internet. Lamentablemente no pude trabajar ese dia a gusto por las terribles fallas de internet que ofrece el hotel.
