The hotel is getting behind the other properties and need refreshment. Investment in updating the property would make it a attractive spot, but as it is right now, it is outdated and lacks the vibe.

This was our 3rd stay at Terra Nova. We’ve always enjoyed our stays and the walk out deck. We were disappointed that 15A was one of few units that didn't have a deck. The real issue was upon entering the bathroom there were toilet paper wads stuck to the walls and ceiling. Pretty gross. These are cool cabins but our experience this time just didn’t meet our expectations.

Trash outside in parking area, was incorrectly advised re: do not disturb sign, was incorrectly charged double for incidentals which attendant corrected right away… Location can’t be beat though…
